HOW TO BOOK

- Choose an available date and time from the calendar popup.
- Complete checkout to confirm your reservation.
Important:
Adding a session to your cart without completing payment does not reserve the studio.

GENERAL RULES
Studio Access
The studio is equipped with a smart door handle (not a smart lock).
You will receive a unique access code one day or several hours prior to your booking.
Studio staff may be present during your session.
If no staff is on-site, you are fully responsible for properly closing the door and mechanically locking the handle when entering and leaving the studio.
Clear instructions will be provided via email and posted near the entrance.
Failure to properly secure the studio will result in a $1,000 fine.

Booking & Time Usage
Your booked time includes setup, shooting, breakdown, and cleanup.
Please take this into account when selecting your session duration.

Overtime
A 1-minute grace period is provided after your booking end time.
After the grace period, overtime is charged at 2× the hourly rate, billed in 30-minute increments.
If you or any member of your group remains in the studio beyond the grace period, overtime fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
No exceptions.

Capacity & Studio Use
• Maximum occupancy: 15 people
• Nudity is permitted
• Pets are allowed with an additional $50 per pet
• Furniture and décor may be moved by lifting only — dragging is not allowed
All items must be returned to their original positions before the end of the booking
• No drilling, nails, screws, or wall damage
(blue painter’s tape only)

Property Damage
The renter is fully financially responsible for any damage caused to the studio, equipment, furniture, décor, cyclorama wall, floors, walls, or any other studio property, including damage caused by guests.
In the event of damage, the following will apply:
• Minimum damage fee: $250
• Plus the full cost of repair or replacement
• Plus potential compensation for lost studio revenue if the damage affects future bookings
Damage assessments are determined by studio management.
Applicable charges may be automatically billed to the payment method on file.

Safety & Prohibited Activities
• Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited
Violation results in a $1,000 fine — no exceptions
• No open flames
(sparklers, candles with flame, gas burners, fire pits, torches, grills)
Decorative LED candles are allowed only
Any open flame will result in a $1,000 fine
• The studio is not responsible for items left behind
• Selling alcohol is prohibited without proper permits
• Outside catering is allowed
• No college-style or disruptive parties

Smoke / Fog Machines
Smoke or fog machines are allowed only with an additional hour booked
(minimum booking: 2 hours).
Use must stop 30 minutes before the end of your session.
Failure to comply will result in an $80 fee.

Cleaning
Please dispose of all trash and leave the studio clean and orderly.
If the studio is left in unsatisfactory condition, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged.

Liability
The studio is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or lost items.
The renter assumes full responsibility for all guests.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Holiday Bookings
Bookings involving holiday setups or décor are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
If a client independently reschedules a holiday session, the rescheduled booking is considered canceled.

Holiday Props
Seasonal and holiday props may be available in the studio but are not pre-set.
Renters are responsible for setup, use, and returning all props to their original locations within the booked time.
No additional time is provided for setup or breakdown.
Failure to properly reset props may result in additional fees or restrictions on future bookings.

Final Notice
By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to all studio rules and policies listed above.
Studio staff may be present during your session to enforce policies and assist with equipment when necessary.
